These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Collegentic ("Collegentic," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Collegentic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Collegentic is a case-management platform that connects students, employers, and international offices around OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, and Reduced Course Load case tracking — offer letters, compliance checklists, document generation, and deadline reminders. Collegentic is an organizational and tracking tool. It is not a law firm, does not represent you before any government agency, and does not file anything with USCIS, SEVIS, or any other agency on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Students, employers, and designated school officials are each responsible for providing accurate, current information about themselves and, where applicable, their organization.
The Collegentic name, logo, and software are owned by Collegentic. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as case details and messages), and grant Collegentic a license to use that content solely to provide and improve the service.
Collegentic is informational tooling only. Nothing on the platform — including validation checks, deadlines, or generated documents — is legal or immigration advice, and using Collegentic does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Collegentic or anyone affiliated with it. Dates and checks shown in the product reflect the platform's own defaults, not a binding federal deadline or legal determination. Always confirm your specific situation with your school's designated school official or a qualified immigration attorney before relying on anything Collegentic shows you.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collegentic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Collegentic if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Collegentic after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
